What the audit looks at
The five things that decide whether a Leboncoin listing sells or stays at the bottom of the list.
The quality of your listings
How many photos each listing has and how long your titles are. Leboncoin allows twelve photos for free and its search looks at the title first: that is where being found, or not, is decided.
The freshness of your listings
Leboncoin sorts its pages by date and removes a listing after 60 days without renewal. We look at how many of yours haven't moved in a long time, and which ones are close to expiring.
The completeness of your listing details
Description, the category's structured fields (condition, brand, size, dimensions) and delivery. These are the filters buyers use: a listing that doesn't fill them in appears in none of them.
Your views and favourites
On a sample of your listings, we read the statistics Leboncoin already gives you: views and favourites over the last 30 days. A listing with no views isn't unloved, it simply isn't being reached.
Your prices against the market
Your prices are compared with the recommendation Leboncoin calculates for the category. Falling outside it is not a fault, but it's good to know when a listing isn't selling.
Before you install anything
Three things to know, because they matter more than the score.
Your Leboncoin password: we never see it
We don't ask for it, and the extension navigateur has no access to it. The audit reads your account from your Leboncoin session, already open in your browser, exactly as when you look at your listings yourself.
Your account, and nothing else
The audit only looks at the listings of the account you're logged in with. It publishes nothing, changes nothing, contacts nobody, and doesn't touch your listings.
