Do I need to create a StoFlow account to run an audit?

Yes, a free account is enough: you install the StoFlow extension navigateur, log in, run the audit, and your score appears. The account lets you find your past audits and keeps the report readable by you alone, without having to leave an email address.

Does the extension have access to my Vinted password?

No. We never ask for your password and the extension navigateur has no way to read it. The audit uses your Vinted session that is already open: it views your closet with your own permissions, as your browser would.

What do you do with my data?

Your closet is read and then analysed, and the raw detail of your listings is not kept: we only keep the result of the analysis, so we can show you your report again. This report stays accessible for 30 days, then its content is erased; your score and the date stay in your account. A technical record is also kept to help us prevent abuse. Everything disappears if you delete your account, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

How long does an audit take?

Usually less than two minutes. The time mostly depends on the number of listings in your closet: large closets take longer to go through. Just leave the tab open during the analysis.

Why aren't your Vinted listings selling?

In under two minutes, the StoFlow audit reads your closet, scores your account out of 100 and shows you what is holding your sales back.

What the audit looks at

The four things that decide whether a listing sells or sinks to the bottom of the pile.

The quality of your listings

How many photos per listing, the length of your titles and descriptions, and the number of listings that deserve a rework before anything else.

Your views and favourites

The share of your listings that nobody sees, and the average views and favourites. It is the first sign that a closet no longer shows up in the results.

Your prices against the market

Your prices are compared with the range Vinted estimates for each product: too high, too low, or on target. Products without a reliable estimate are left out of the calculation.

Your account and your reputation

Account age, reviews received, followers, sales compared with purchases. This block does not count towards the score, it helps you read the rest in the right context.

Before you install anything

Three things to know, because they matter more than the score.

We never see your Vinted password

We don't ask for it, and the extension navigateur cannot access it. The audit reads your account from your Vinted session that is already open in your browser, exactly as when you view your closet yourself.

Your account, and nothing else

The audit only looks at the closet of the account you are logged in with. It publishes nothing, changes nothing, contacts no one, and does not touch your listings.

Free with a StoFlow account

A free account is enough, no bank card needed. Your score, your findings and your full report appear straight away, there is nothing to wait for by email.

Questions we get asked

Yes, entirely, and with no bank card. It is our way of showing you what StoFlow can read from your activity. You can run it again whenever you like, for example after fixing what it flagged.

Your listings deserve more than a single marketplace

With StoFlow, you prepare a listing once and choose where it goes: Vinted, eBay, Leboncoin, Etsy and Vestiaire Collective. Your listings, your sales and your messages are tracked in one place, without retyping everything marketplace by marketplace.
