Can I get a refund if the service does not suit me?
Yes. If you are a consumer, every subscription is satisfied or refunded for 14 days: you exercise your right of withdrawal in one click from your subscription area and you are refunded in full (Terms of Sale, article 4). The Free plan, for its part, is free forever, with no bank card and no time limit. Professionals do not have the statutory right of withdrawal.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing area. The change takes effect immediately and the amount is calculated pro rata for the current cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel in one click from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. No complicated procedure, no notice period. Your access to paid features stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Each plan card above names the marketplaces it includes, in addition to the number of products for sale, the monthly quota of AI credits and cutouts, and the advanced features (automations, unified inbox, accounting export, dynamic price suggestions).
Is annual billing worthwhile?
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months free (a 20% discount on the Starter, Pro and Business plans). The annual amount is billed in one payment.
