StoFlow vs Crosslist: Vinted closed to new accounts

By Matthias - founder of StoFlow·· 5 min

In short

Crosslist says it excludes EU residents and has closed Vinted to new accounts; StoFlow connects Vinted and Leboncoin from its free plan.

On its official pages, Crosslist says it does not support EU residents and no longer opens Vinted to new accounts: for a French seller, this is the central point of the comparison. StoFlow, for its part, connects Vinted and Leboncoin from its free plan.

This article only repeats what Crosslist's official pages state, each fact being dated and sourced. What these pages do not say is marked "not documented".

What does Crosslist say about Vinted on its official page?

Crosslist's Vinted page, updated on 2 October 2026, says: "Vinted is no longer available on Crosslist. New accounts can't connect to Vinted or import from it." (source: crosslist.com/marketplaces/vinted, checked 6 October 2026). For users who had already connected Vinted, the page says: "Existing Vinted users: nothing changes." It also specifies that Crosslist will keep the integration "for as long as we reasonably can" (source: crosslist.com/marketplaces/vinted, checked 6 October 2026).

On the same page, the publisher explains its choice: in its view, "Vinted's rules work against resellers, and it has stepped up detection of automated activity across all tools". It adds that users of Crosslist and similar tools have received 24-hour temporary suspensions, and that these suspensions affect "all automated software, without exception" (source: crosslist.com/marketplaces/vinted, checked 6 October 2026). This is Crosslist's analysis, which this article does not settle. It targets all automated software, StoFlow included. For the detail of this risk, read our article on Vinted extensions and account blocking. We do not comment on Crosslist's choice.

In practical terms: if you already had Vinted connected to Crosslist, your situation does not change according to this page, as long as Crosslist can maintain the integration. If you subscribe now, you cannot connect Vinted to it.

What else does Crosslist do, and for whom?

According to its home page, Crosslist offers support for "11+ integrations" and lets you republish and remove listings in one click (source: crosslist.com, checked 6 October 2026).

Its pricing page says: "Crosslist® is currently available in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. At this time, we do not support users residing in the European Union." (source: crosslist.com/pricing, checked 6 October 2026). According to this page, Crosslist therefore does not support EU residents. The site is in English. Leboncoin, Vestiaire Collective and a centralised inbox are not mentioned.

On prices, the page shows a Bronze plan at 29.99 $ per month for 200 new listings per month (source: crosslist.com/pricing, checked 6 October 2026). It offers a trial of "3 days of Crosslist or 20 free listings, whichever comes first", a 3-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase, subject to conditions, a discount on quarterly (10%) and annual payments ("2 months free"). No permanent free plan is listed.

Read this table with a caveat: "Not documented" means the official pages we read do not mention it, not that the tool is incapable of it.

Which marketplaces does StoFlow cover?

The marketplaces available depend on your plan: the free plan covers Vinted and Leboncoin (up to 100 products); the paid plans add other marketplaces, listed on the price grid. The interface is in French. The Starter plan (500 products) costs 14.99 euros per month on the web; automatic republishing is available from the Pro plan (the Pro plan costs 29.99 euros per month on the web). Crosslist's prices are in dollars and cannot be compared line by line.

StoFlow's automations (Pro and Business plans, disabled by default) are scheduled between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., Paris time, and each run receives a random offset of up to 15% of the shortest interval between two passes, capped at 30 minutes: an execution can therefore start up to half an hour after its scheduled time, including after 10 p.m. This does not replace each marketplace's rules.

Where Crosslist is better

  • English-speaking markets. Crosslist cites the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, and announces 11+ integrations (source: crosslist.com, checked 6 October 2026). If you sell mostly in English, that is its ground.
  • The number of integrations. Crosslist announces 11+ marketplaces and names ten on its home page (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Whatnot, Shopify, WooCommerce), against a grid of marketplaces at StoFlow that varies by plan (source: crosslist.com, checked 6 October 2026; StoFlow price grid: pricing).
  • Vinted users already connected, for whom nothing changes according to the official page.

Which seller should choose Crosslist, and which should choose StoFlow?

Crosslist suits you if you sell from one of the four countries cited, in English, or if you already have Vinted connected through it.

StoFlow suits you if you sell from France, want Vinted and Leboncoin in the same tool from the start, with an interface in French. The principle of removing a listing when the item sells elsewhere is detailed in our article on stock sync: a removal action is created at the sale, and the removal of a sold listing happens automatically, according to your setting. This does not cover all stock management.

You are not obliged to choose a single tool, but always check each marketplace's terms of use before automating anything.

How do you test before choosing?

Start with the most blocking point: availability in your country and on the marketplace you need. Re-read Crosslist's official page when you subscribe: the Vinted page was updated four days before this check, and this information changes.

On StoFlow, the free plan is enough to connect Vinted and Leboncoin, publish a first batch and see how automatic removal at sale works. To place the two tools among the other options, read our comparison best crosslisting software 2026, and if you want to open a second channel, stop depending on Vinted alone.

These facts date from 6 October 2026. An official page can change without notice: it is the page that prevails, not this article. The good habit is to note, before paying, the three functions you need every week (publish, republish, remove a sold item), then check one by one that they exist for your country and marketplace. If one is missing, the tool is not the right one, even if it is cheaper. You save time from the first month, and you avoid migrating your whole catalogue a second time.
