StoFlow vs Vinkit: multi-marketplace or Vinted-focused CRM

By Matthias - founder of StoFlow·· 5 min

In short

Vinkit is a Vinted CRM with republishing and accounting, and its page only names Vinted; StoFlow publishes on Leboncoin from the Free plan, then eBay. Sources dated.

Vinkit is a Chrome extension centred on Vinted, with automatic republishing and accounting; StoFlow addresses another need: publishing the same product page on several marketplaces and removing the listing from the other marketplaces when the piece sells. If you only sell on Vinted, the two tools can be compared on that scope alone; as soon as you want to add Leboncoin or eBay, the question changes.

This article only compares what Vinkit's official page states, with every fact dated and sourced. What is not on that page is not written here.

What does Vinkit do according to its official page?

Vinkit presents itself as a Chrome extension that works directly with Vinted (source: vinkit.co, accessed 06 Oct 2026). Its home page describes it as an all-in-one Vinted "CRM".

According to its pricing page (source: vinkit.co/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026), the Pro offer includes:

  • Automatic republishing, with 500 republications per month;
  • One Vinted account per subscription;
  • A customer database that centralises purchase history, messages and favourites;
  • Accounting and invoices, with a CSV export for your accountant;
  • Unlimited team members and priority support.

The Pro plan is displayed at 9 euros per month, with a crossed-out "19€" next to it and the mention "limited offer" (source: vinkit.co/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026). Payment is monthly via Stripe, with a 7-day money-back guarantee (source: vinkit.co/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026). A free plan gives an overview of your Vinted activity, with no bank card required (source: vinkit.co/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026). An Enterprise plan is displayed at 49 euros per month with the mention "Coming soon" (source: vinkit.co/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026).

Which marketplaces does each tool cover?

Vinkit's page only names Vinted (source: vinkit.co, accessed 06 Oct 2026). Leboncoin, eBay, Etsy and Vestiaire Collective are not mentioned, and stock management across several marketplaces is not described: its page talks about inventory management. The absence of a mention on a page does not prove that another marketplace is not supported: its terms of use refer to third-party platforms, "e.g., Vinted" (source: vinkit.co/terms, accessed 06 Oct 2026).

On the StoFlow side, the price grid gives, by plan: Vinted and Leboncoin from the Free plan, eBay France on Starter, then Vestiaire Collective and Opla (in beta) on Pro, and finally Etsy and eBay across 9 countries on Business. The Free plan covers up to 100 products.

Where Vinkit is better

Within its Vinted scope, several points documented on its page work in its favour.

  • Accounting and invoices, highlighted in the offer. Its pricing page lists automated invoices and expenses with CSV export (source: vinkit.co/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026). On the StoFlow side, an Accounting section (overview, sales, expenses, Excel and FEC exports) is available from the Pro plan; it does not automatically invoice your buyers as of 06 Oct 2026. Compare the details before you choose.
  • Automatic republishing from the 9 euro offer. The Pro plan is displayed at 9 euros per month (crossed-out 19 euros price and "limited offer" mention on its page), with one Vinted account and 500 monthly republications (source: vinkit.co/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026). At StoFlow, automations, including republishing, start at the Pro plan; the Starter plan costs 14.99 euros per month, with a wider marketplace scope but without these automations.
  • A site available in several languages: the language selector on the home page offers French, Spanish, Italian, English, German, Dutch and Polish (source: vinkit.co, accessed 06 Oct 2026).

Which seller should choose Vinkit, and which should choose StoFlow?

The right choice depends on how many marketplaces you really sell on.

Vinkit suits you if you sell exclusively on Vinted, want to republish your listings automatically, and want to keep your accounting and customer history in one place.

StoFlow suits you if you want to create a product page once, publish it on Vinted and Leboncoin from the Free plan, add eBay later, and remove the listing from the other marketplaces when the piece sells: StoFlow creates the removal action, which runs according to your confirmation setting. The principle is explained in our article on stock synchronisation. Centralised messaging and automations, including automatic republishing, come with the Pro plan.

The two tools do not contradict each other: a seller can use one for customer tracking and accounting on Vinted and the other to extend sales to other marketplaces. It is up to you to check that your practices remain compatible with each platform's terms.

How can you test before choosing?

The most reliable way is to test on your own catalogue, keeping only what matters to you.

Vinkit announces a free plan with no bank card on its pricing page (source: vinkit.co/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026) and offers a free trial button (source: vinkit.co, accessed 06 Oct 2026); the exact content of the free plan is not detailed on its pricing page. StoFlow offers a free plan with no bank card, enough to connect Vinted and Leboncoin, publish a first batch and see how removal on sale works. To place both tools among the other solutions on the market, see our comparison best crosslisting software 2026.

One last habit: re-read the tool's official page when you subscribe. Offers and supported marketplaces change; the facts above are dated 06 Oct 2026.
