To sell the same item on Vinted and Leboncoin at the same time, you need an account on each, a listing adapted to each site, and above all a reflex to remove the other listing as soon as the item sells. The real issue is not publishing, it is double selling.
This guide covers the points that differ between the two platforms, then the two ways to organise yourself: by hand or with a tool.
What do you need before selling on both?
You need two accounts in your name, photos you can reuse, and a place to note what is online where.
Concretely:
- A Vinted account and a Leboncoin account, each with its payment and delivery details filled in.
- A set of photos and a base description, which you then adapt to each site.
- Simple tracking: a spreadsheet with the item, the price and both links is enough to start.
If you are just starting, begin with a few items. You will quickly see what takes up your time.
What changes between Vinted and Leboncoin?
The two sites do not work the same way on fees or on how buyers purchase, so your price and your listing are not necessarily identical.
What the official pages say, as of the consultation date:
- On Leboncoin, the secure transaction is free for sellers and the fees are paid by the buyer. Some categories are not eligible, and the seller may choose not to use it (assistance.leboncoin.info, accessed 06 Oct 2026).
- On Vinted, the Vinted fees are paid by the buyer at checkout. They generally include a percentage of the price plus a fixed amount, often 5% + €0.70 (vinted.fr/help/342, accessed 06 Oct 2026).
For delivery and payment, read each site's official help pages before you start: Leboncoin, how to send my parcel and the Vinted help centre. To choose what to sell where, our comparison Vinted, eBay and Leboncoin details the audience of each site.
Is it allowed to publish the same item on both?
The Leboncoin rule we checked forbids duplicates on Leboncoin itself and says nothing about parallel sales on another platform. Also check Vinted's terms of use.
The Leboncoin help page states: "You cannot post the same listing several times on the site" (assistance.leboncoin.info, accessed 06 Oct 2026). No duplicates on Leboncoin, so one listing per item. Our article on crosslisting develops this point.
How do you avoid double selling?
As soon as an item sells on one site, you remove the listing from the other, straight away. That is the whole principle.
If you work by hand, here is a simple routine:
- Open your tracking at every sale and find the other listing.
- On Vinted, hide the listing rather than deleting it. Vinted specifies that a hidden listing no longer appears in the feed, the catalogue or your listings page, and that a sold listing can only be deleted once the transaction is finalised (vinted.fr, accessed 06 Oct 2026).
- On Leboncoin, deactivate or delete the listing from your account area.
- If the item has already sold twice, contact the second buyer quickly and offer a refund or an alternative.
The risk is mostly during peaks: the more listings you have, the more likely an oversight. Our guide on synchronising your stock and avoiding double selling explains the consequences and provides a full checklist.
How do you sync Vinted and Leboncoin without spending your evenings on it?
With a crosslisting tool, you create the product page once, then publish it on each marketplace from that page, and the other listing is removed for you at the first sale.
What this changes compared with the manual method:
- One product page to fill in, then published on each marketplace from that page, instead of two listings to type in.
- Automatic removal of the remaining listing when a sale is detected.
- A single view of what is online and where.
Several tools cover Vinted and Leboncoin. To compare them, read our comparison of crosslisting software.
What does StoFlow offer for Vinted and Leboncoin?
StoFlow connects Vinted and Leboncoin from its free plan, up to 100 products, with automatic removal of listings when an item sells.
Both points can be read in the product's price grid: the Free plan allows Vinted and Leboncoin, and includes "automatic delisting on sale". If you later add other marketplaces, such as eBay, the same product page serves as the base. You can see the plans and their limits, then get started by creating your account from the sign-up page.
No tool promises to sell for you: it removes typing time and the risk of forgetting, nothing more. Your prices, your photos and your replies to buyers remain your job.
Where should you start?
Pick five items you want to sell on both sites, publish them, and note how many minutes each sale takes you.
If you spend more time copying than selling, that is the signal to move to a tool. Otherwise, the manual method works very well.
