Crosslisting

StoFlow vs VintedCRM: Vinted CRM or multi-site crosslisting

By Matthias - founder of StoFlow·· 5 min

In short

VintedCRM handles Vinted sales, invoices and shipping labels, and republishes with an optional extension; StoFlow publishes on several marketplaces. Dated sources.

VintedCRM is a billing and management CRM for Vinted sellers, complemented by a republishing extension; StoFlow is a crosslisting tool that publishes your listings on several marketplaces. The clearest overlap is republishing on Vinted.

The facts about VintedCRM come from its official pages, accessed on 06 Oct 2026. The absence of a mention on these pages does not establish that a feature does not exist.

What does VintedCRM do according to its official page?

VintedCRM presents itself as "a tool designed for PRO sellers on Vinted" that "automates sales management, shipping label processing, automatic invoicing, transaction tracking, email marketing, republishing and messages to favourites via the extension" (source: vintedcrm.com, accessed 06 Oct 2026).

According to its features and pricing pages (source: vintedcrm.com/fonctionnalites and vintedcrm.com/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026):

  • Vinted compatibility in 7 countries: FR, BE, DE, ES, IT, NL and UK (source: vintedcrm.com/fonctionnalites, accessed 06 Oct 2026);
  • Automatic PDF invoices, with sending to the customer and accounting archiving;
  • Stock management in the Pro plan;
  • An extension that relists your items at the time slots you choose, sends messages to favourites and handles configurable automatic offers. It is available for Chrome and compatible browsers (Brave, Edge, Arc), according to the extension page.

The pages read cite Vinted and no other marketplace. These four pages do not describe stock synchronisation between marketplaces or a centralised inbox (accessed 06 Oct 2026): we therefore cannot write that these features do not exist.

All VintedCRM prices are displayed excluding VAT. Prices shown on vintedcrm.com/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026, excluding VAT: Free plan at 0 euros, Pro plan at 29 euros excl. VAT per month (shown next to a crossed-out 49 euro price, which the page does not explain), extension alone at 12.99 euros excl. VAT per month, or 6.99 euros excl. VAT per month on top of the Pro plan. The Pro plan offers "Try for free", with no bank card; the length of this trial is not stated on the pages read.

Which need does each tool cover?

VintedCRM is for the Vinted seller who wants to run their business: shipping labels, invoices, sales tracking, with an option to relist their items. StoFlow is for the seller who wants to publish the same product page across several channels.

On the StoFlow side, the price grid gives, by plan: Vinted and Leboncoin from the Free plan (up to 100 products), eBay France on Starter, Vestiaire Collective and Opla (in beta) on Pro, and finally Etsy and eBay across 9 countries on Business. Automatic republishing is open from the Pro plan; scheduled trigger times can be set between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Paris time, and each trigger receives a random offset that can push it past 10 p.m.

Read this table with the following caveat: "Not documented" means the pages read do not give the information, not that the feature does not exist. For the "Permanent free plan" row, VintedCRM does display a Free plan at 0 euros; what its pages do not specify is how long it lasts and whether it is permanent.

Where VintedCRM is better

  • Invoicing and accounting. Automatic PDF invoices, accounting and VAT management in the Pro plan (source: vintedcrm.com/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026). StoFlow does not offer automatic invoicing for sellers as of 06 Oct 2026.
  • Shipping labels. Shipping label processing is part of its offer, including in the Free plan, which gives access to annotated shipping labels (source: vintedcrm.com/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026).
  • A Free plan at 0 euros focused on syncing your sales, with no bank card required (source: vintedcrm.com/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026; the page gives no time limit).

Which seller should choose VintedCRM, and which should choose StoFlow?

VintedCRM suits you if you are a professional seller on Vinted and mainly want to automate the management: invoices, shipping labels, transaction tracking. For the administrative side, read becoming a professional seller on Vinted and Vinted tax 2026.

StoFlow suits you if you want to sell beyond Vinted: enter a product page once, publish it on Vinted and Leboncoin, then automatically remove a listing when it sells, according to your setting (see stock and multi-platform sales). The Starter plan costs 14.99 euros per month, and the free plan lets you start.

Both are possible: one for management, the other for distribution. The pages read do not rule this out, but check that this setup suits you.

How can you test before choosing?

Start from your need. If it is management, open VintedCRM's Free plan, with no bank card according to its page (source: vintedcrm.com/tarifs, accessed 06 Oct 2026), and check whether your sales and shipping labels sync the way you expect. If it is distribution, connect Vinted and Leboncoin on StoFlow's free plan and publish a small test batch. To place StoFlow among publishing tools, read the best crosslisting software 2026.

A few practical points help compare on equal terms. Compare prices including all taxes: VintedCRM's are excluding VAT, StoFlow's are including VAT. Also compare plans with equivalent scope: StoFlow's automatic republishing is open from the Pro plan, whereas VintedCRM offers it as an extension option, and the Pro plan's free trial on VintedCRM has no stated length on the pages read. Finally, check whether you already sell somewhere other than Vinted: that is usually where the choice is made.

These facts are dated 06 Oct 2026: re-read the official pages before subscribing, as offers and prices change. A simple question will help you decide: do you want to manage better what you sell on Vinted, or sell in the same place on several platforms? The answer tells you which tool to try first, and you can add the other one later if your activity justifies it.
