StoFlow vs Vinteer: sales management or multi-marketplace

By Matthias - founder of StoFlow·· 6 min

In short

Vinteer centralises Vinted sales, margins, invoices and accounting; StoFlow publishes on several marketplaces. Sources dated 06 Oct 2026.

Vinteer and StoFlow do not address the same need: Vinteer presents itself as "the Vinted management tool" that centralises sales, margins, invoices and accounting; StoFlow publishes your listings on several marketplaces. Rather than a head-to-head, it is a question of priority: do you first want to track better what you sell, or first sell on more channels with less data entry?

The facts about Vinteer come from the official pages cited at the bottom of this article, accessed on 06 Oct 2026.

What does Vinteer do according to its official page?

On its home page, Vinteer describes itself as: "the Vinted management tool, centralises your whole business: sales, margins, invoices and accounting, automated" (source: vinteer.io, accessed 06 Oct 2026). The site offers a web app, an extension for Chrome, Brave or Edge (source: vinteer.io/extension, accessed 06 Oct 2026) and a mobile app installable without the App Store.

According to these pages, the tool announces:

  • Internal stock management: "SKU, lots and automatic decrement";
  • PDF invoices for France and Belgium, with accounting exports;
  • A unified inbox: your Vinted conversations, across all accounts;
  • Data synchronisation described on the extension page for Vinted and Leboncoin (orders and listing photos).

On the marketplace side, Vinteer's home page lists Vinted and TikTok Shop stores as already connected, with a Whatnot sales import already available. Its roadmap lists eBay, Vestiaire Collective and Leboncoin marked "Planned" ("Automatic import of your sales and purchases"), while the extension page already describes data synchronisation for Vinted and Leboncoin; the two pages do not match, and this article does not settle the question (source: vinteer.io and vinteer.io/extension, accessed 06 Oct 2026). The pages read do not mention Etsy. On republishing, its Vinted tool page states: "It does not republish your listings and never sends messages on your behalf" (accessed 06 Oct 2026).

Vinteer does not list a permanent free plan: two paid plans, Starter and Pro, with a 14-day trial (source: vinteer.io, accessed 06 Oct 2026).

Prices checked on vinteer.io on 06 Oct 2026, displayed including VAT: Starter at 29 euros per month (3 Vinted accounts and 1 TikTok Shop store), Pro at 49 euros per month (10 Vinted accounts and 3 TikTok Shop stores), one additional Vinted account at 2 euros per month, then 1.30 euros from the 11th additional account; Starter goes up to 5 accounts as an option and Pro is announced as "unlimited as an option". The annual plan is announced as "2 months free", without an amount being recorded.

Which need does each tool cover?

Vinteer presents itself as a management tool: tracking margins, editing invoices, keeping the accounts and internal stock. StoFlow works on publishing: you enter a product page, distribute it, and a sold piece can be automatically removed from the other marketplaces, according to your setting.

On the StoFlow side, the price grid gives, by plan: Vinted and Leboncoin from the Free plan (up to 100 products), eBay France on Starter, Vestiaire Collective and Opla (in beta) on Pro, and finally Etsy and eBay across 9 countries on Business.

Publishing and automatic removal of a sold listing are therefore the core of StoFlow, and automatic republishing is open from the Pro plan. Scheduled trigger times for automations that write to a marketplace can be set between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Paris time, and each trigger receives a random offset that can push it past 10 p.m.

Read this table with the following caveat: "Not documented" means our review does not establish the information, not that the feature does not exist. For Vinteer, the roadmap on its home page marks eBay, Vestiaire Collective and Leboncoin as "Planned" ("Automatic import of your sales and purchases"), while the extension page already describes data synchronisation for Vinted and Leboncoin (accessed 06 Oct 2026).

Where Vinteer is better

  • Accounting and invoices. PDF invoices for France and Belgium, accounting exports, read-only access for your accountant, and up to 3 companies in the Pro plan (source: vinteer.io, accessed 06 Oct 2026). On the StoFlow side, there is no automatic invoicing for sellers as of 06 Oct 2026.
  • Margin tracking of your sales, central to its pitch, and internal stock with SKUs and lots.
  • Several Vinted accounts: 3 accounts on Starter (up to 5 as an option), 10 on Pro (unlimited as an option), with a messaging inbox that brings them together.
  • Announced support within 24 hours on Starter and within 2 hours on Pro, by email and Discord (source: vinteer.io, accessed 06 Oct 2026).

Which seller should choose Vinteer, and which should choose StoFlow?

Vinteer suits you if you sell a lot on Vinted, with several accounts or a professional activity, and your pain point is management: invoices, margins, order tracking. For the tax framework, our guide Vinted tax 2026 sets out the basics, and becoming a professional seller on Vinted details the status.

StoFlow suits you if your pain point is the time spent publishing: enter a product page once, publish it on Vinted and Leboncoin, and automatically remove a listing once it sells, according to your setting (see stock and multi-platform sales). The Starter plan costs 14.99 euros per month including VAT, and the free plan lets you start.

Both are possible: one to sell on several channels, the other for management. No page read says otherwise, but check that this setup suits you.

How can you test before choosing?

Start with your most pressing need. If it is management, use Vinteer's 14-day trial, cancellable in one click according to its page (source: vinteer.io, accessed 06 Oct 2026), and check that your invoices and margins come out the way you expect. If it is publishing, connect Vinted and Leboncoin on StoFlow's free plan and publish a small test batch. To place StoFlow among publishing tools, read the best crosslisting software 2026.

These facts are dated 06 Oct 2026: re-read the official pages before subscribing, as offers and prices change. Ask yourself one simple question: what costs you the most time today, publishing your listings or keeping your accounts? The answer tells you which tool to try first, and nothing stops you from adding the other one later, once your sales volume has stabilised.
